A lighter heart for the new year.


With the new day comes new strength and new thoughts.

I said goodbye to the past and welcomed in the new. I left the negativity, the regrets, the disappointments, and the noisy and unhelpful chatter that filled my thoughts and threw a gloom on us all.

With that my heart lightened, my mind cleared and I smiled. We have all brightened. Positivity and the missing closeness have returned.

Our days are not perfect but we end them content and confident.
